Souther Appeal finds this amusing

Apparently, Bill Clinton had some troubles with constitutions as governor of Arkansas. That gave him inspiration to share this "feel your pain" moment with French President Jacques Chirac. Clinton also had this counsel:

Clinton said it was very difficult to convince voters to approve complicated documents like 448-article EU charter.

"So I don't think it means the end of the European Union," Clinton said. "I think everybody should just take a deep breath, listen to the concerns of voters and go back to work."

Does that man have some sixth sense warning him of media opportunities? And why should a French premier care what an ex-American President has to say? Besides, is Clinton really the best man to speak with regarding constitutional crises. I seem to recall him securing his place in history--as the second U.S. president to be impeached in the history of the Republic.

Yeah, this was amusing. Especially since it was not meant to be, at least by CNN.
