Some housekeeping
I've had jury duty since Monday of this week. Yes, I've been selected as an alternate on a criminal case. No, you don't get to hear about it until the verdict is in!
My service may have some impact on the blog. I'm due at court at 9:30AM US-EST. I'm released at 5PM US-EST. I have about an hour-and-a-half commute by various train connections. Those of you from NYC or the metro area--or at least know about it--will understand when I say that taking a car to Foley Square/Center Street is out of the question. This means I leave for court at about 7:30 and I get home about 6:45PM US-EST.
I'll post later in the evening until the end of my service. I will try to get a post or two in during the morning, but no promises on that. I won't be able to post until I'm home on way or the other.
The trial should last until the beginning of July. Then, I'm off for the summer. Heh, heh! You can guess what that'll mean for the blog. Hint-hint: Catch-up!
