Get it here. He also has this link for further updates. According to his latest information from that site:
For any Texas readers in affected areas, make sure to look at this link when making your plans: through it, there is a list of towns and cities in the state that still have hotel rooms available. They are going fast. According to this site, the following places have no rooms left:

Abilene, Arlington, Addison, Belton, Boerne, Bryan-College Station (unless A&M football game cancels), Dallas, Decatur, Denton, Ennis, Fredericksburg, Ft. Worth, Frisco, Gainesville, Gatesville Georgetown, Granbury, Greenville, Hamilton, Hillsboro, Huntsville, Irving, Killeen, North Richland Hills, Plano, Richardson, Round Rock, San Angelo, Sulphur Springs, Temple, Uvalde County - Texas Hill Country River Region, Waxahachie, Weatherford, Whitney.

- All hotels on I-20 from Tyler to Marshall and North 59 to Texarkana are booked.

- Marriott Hotels says that there are no rooms available at Marriott properties between Dallas and Oklahoma City. Oklahoma City does have rooms available at this time.
So, if you're thinking of leaving your town, try looking for other places to find hotels.
If you plan to leave, be sure to confirm your lodging options in advance. Also, be patient. The highways out of cities such as Houston are bumper-to-bumper. You'll get there.
