Returned yesterday, actually!

In a word: Awe-inspiring!

In a weekend of silence, there was me and my prayer to the Lord. His presence, so palpable he could have sat in the empty chair beside me. The peace, the consolation, the renewal: I felt like a dust-ridden traveler across the desert who at last knelt beside the refreshing cool of a serene oasis.
